The Freyja Project was the brain child of owner Patty Henry to bring together fitness, a spa and retail into one center in the lower highlands. After working with the owner looking at several locations, this project successfully created two yoga studios and spa services centered around the joy of body movement and good health. Freyja is a Nordic mythical goddess and the project sought to empower women and to control and shape their body and soul.
