Residential design has been a regular project type since the founding of MKA in 2003 approaching forty additions or remodels in the metro area.   From small bathroom projects to full sized additions, MKA has been helping to fill out Denver’s historic urban neighborhoods, and bring the houses up to current living standards.  Of particular interest are the four houses shown here which all were approved by Denver’s Landmark Commission.
