Institutional Clients such as schools, churches and non-profits require a special level of service because the client is often multilayered and complex.  Schools, for example, have school boards, administration, teachers and students who all can influence the design.  Institutions often have budgeting constraints, older facilities and a long view on property management.  MKA has developed leadership skills to address these concerns while staying focused on the durability, quality and thoughtfulness of the design.
